Pear-chocolate tartlet with raw pistachio butter by Plante ton assiette

Ingredients
• 1 large pear or 2 small ones
• 500 ml water
• 100 g sugar
• 3 tbsp turmeric
• 10 speculoos biscuits
• 3 generous tsp raw pistachio butter
• 2 tbsp chocolate coulis (or melted chocolate)
• a few toasted hazelnuts or pistachios for decoration
• Grind the speculoos into a powder and add the pistachio butter. Mix by hand. On a plate, inside a cookie cutter, form the tartlet bases. Press down firmly with your fingers or a glass to compact them and hold them in place. Chill.
• In a saucepan, pour the 500 ml of water, the sugar and the turmeric and bring to the boil. While the mixture heats up, peel the pears. Add them to the saucepan to cook, lower the heat to let them simmer. They need about thirty minutes of cooking. Check with a knife, it should go through the fruit easily. Leave the pears to cool.
• Take out the tartlet bases. Add the chocolate. Cut the pears into slices and place them on the chocolate. Add a few toasted hazelnuts or pistachios for crunch and enjoy!

What is the procedure in case of breakage?

In the event of breakage, please send an e-mail to commandes@sofalip.fr accompanied by the reference of your order and photos to present proof of breakage and/or damage to one or more products ordered. After processing, and if your request is accepted, we will issue a credit equivalent to the amount including tax of the non-consumable product(s). The credit, valid for 12 months, can be used for a new order on the eshop site.

My product has oil on the surface, what should I do?

Due to temperature variations, a surface layer of oil containing unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals may form. In this case, stir before consuming. You can store your product with the lid facing down 😉.
