Apricot clafoutis with Amandina almond milk by Lacuisine.devalouuu

Ingredients
• 60 g oat flour
• 25 g Stevia + a little for the apricots
• 40 g ground almonds
• 300 ml @perlamande almond milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 vanilla pod
• 7-8 apricots
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• A little water
• Cut the apricots in half. In a bowl, mix them with the maple syrup, a little Stevia and 2 tbsp water.
• Sauté them in a pan over medium heat, until they are a little softened and caramelised.
• Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C.
• In a bowl, mix the flour, the stevia and the ground almonds.
• In another, mix the eggs with the almond milk. Cut the vanilla pod in 2 and scrape out the vanilla seeds, then add them to the mixture.
• Combine the two mixtures and mix well.
• Grease an ovenproof dish.
• When the apricots are ready, place half of them at the bottom then cover with the clafoutis mixture, finally add the last apricots.
• Bake for 50 minutes.
• Leave to cool and eat well chilled; personally I added an apricot cut into quarters to add another texture.

What is the procedure in case of breakage?

In the event of breakage, please send an e-mail to commandes@sofalip.fr accompanied by the reference of your order and photos to present proof of breakage and/or damage to one or more products ordered. After processing, and if your request is accepted, we will issue a credit equivalent to the amount including tax of the non-consumable product(s). The credit, valid for 12 months, can be used for a new order on the eshop site.

My product has oil on the surface, what should I do?

Due to temperature variations, a surface layer of oil containing unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals may form. In this case, stir before consuming. You can store your product with the lid facing down 😉.
